LOS ANGELES (AP) — Cardi B has welcomed her third child!
The Grammy-winning artist shared the exciting news on social media this Thursday, revealing that she gave birth over the weekend. She posted heartwarming photos of herself holding and breastfeeding her newborn in the hospital.
In her heartfelt message, she described her baby as “the prettiest lil thing,” and included the date, September 7.
Cardi B’s representative has not yet responded to inquiries about the new arrival.
At 31, Cardi B announced her pregnancy last month on the same day she filed for divorce from rapper Offset. In her social media posts, Offset, who is 32, is seen next to her holding their baby. Last month, Cardi filed for primary custody of their children and requested child support from Offset, who has a successful solo music career and is part of the rap group Migos.
The couple got married secretly in Atlanta back in 2017.
In addition to their newest addition, Cardi B and Offset are also parents to two other children: their 6-year-old daughter Kulture and 2-year-old son Wave.
