KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — On Monday night, pop icon Taylor Swift made her return to Arrowhead Stadium to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, along with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. This appearance followed the conclusion of her record-breaking Eras Tour in the United States.
Swift performed her final show of three at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sunday. Looking ahead, she is set to continue her tour in Canada, kicking off with the first of six performances at Rogers Centre in Toronto on November 14, followed by three additional shows in December at BC Place in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The romance between Swift and Kelce began last season, when he invited her to join him for a game against the Chicago Bears in September. Since then, the couple has been spotted together frequently, often in the public eye with the media capturing their moments.
Dressed in a chic black outfit and a Chiefs jacket, Swift arrived at the stadium just before the presidential election. The 14-time Grammy winner has publicly supported Vice President Kamala Harris, which drew attention when Harris’ opponent, Donald Trump, mentioned Swift’s close friend, Brittany, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, as one of his supporters.
Importantly, Patrick Mahomes has refrained from endorsing any candidate for the upcoming election, instead encouraging fans and the public to register and participate in voting.
